NEW YORK — Warner Books has inked a deal with Billy Crystal to publish “700 Sundays,” a book based on Crystal’s hit Broadway play of the same name.

Crystal’s deal with Warner Books is reported to be in the six-figure range. The book is expected to hit the stands in November.

Since its opening in early December, Crystal’s one-man show at the Broadway Theater has taken in more than $7 million in ticket sales, breaking several records along the way.

During the week of Jan. 10, “700 Sundays” saw its best week ever, posting ticket sales of more than $851,000.

Show is a retelling of Crystal’s youth growing up in New York and the Sundays he spent with his late father, Jack Crystal.

“I couldn’t be more pleased. My Broadway experience has been a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Now I am thrilled to share the story in another way,” Crystal said.
