Oscar winner Adrien Brody will join Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences prexy Frank Pierson in announcing the 77th Academy Award nominations on Jan. 25.

Pierson and Brody will unveil the nominees in 10 of the 24 categories at a 5:38 a.m. PST news confab.

Official screenings for Academy members of all pictures with a nomination start Jan. 29 at the Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn and Linwood Dunn theaters.

Screenings in certain categories also will be held in London, Gotham and San Francisco.

Oscar awards will be presented Feb. 27 at the Kodak Theater at Hollywood & Highland and broadcast live on ABC.
