Sitges back to Oct.

Mart to have Asian emphasis this year

The Sitges Intl. Film Festival of Catalonia, one of Europe’s top horror/fantasy meets, has moved its dates from last year’s early December back to its traditional mid October slot.

This year’s 38th edition will run Oct. 9-18.

Mart, which last year attracted Madrid sales agents who handle Catalan films, will have an Asian emphasis in 2005, inviting 15-20 top Asian buyers, said Catalan Films & TV director Angela Bosch.
