Barry Josephson has tapped Danica Radovanov VP of production to run his film company at his Fox-based production banner.

Radovanov most recently worked as VP for Warner-based Jon Shestack, where she brought in “Space Port” and developed “Mucha Lucha” with Paul Hernandez.

“I’m hiring Danica because of her experience, her knowledge of writers and her development skills,” Josephson said. “Her experience with Paramount was key to what I was looking for. She’s very smart with great talent relationships.”

Josephson’s developing “Enchanted” for Disney, “Hammer Down” for DreamWorks and “Kids” and “Only Child” for Fox. Radovanov will oversee creative exec Bridget Humphrey at the shingle.
