Five years after its acquisition by Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, B/W/R Public Relations founding partners Paul Baker, Larry Winokur and Nanci Ryder have reupped with the company through October 2007.

The praisery has also launched a division devoted to product placement, B/W/R PPI, under the direction of Matt Meyerson.

PPI concentrates on placement, promotions and integration in entertainment and youth markets.  Meyerson’s experience includes repping apparel manufacturers and sports clients for placement and partnerships with such groups as Paramount, A&E and Brookwell/McNamara Entertainment and brands such as Swatch, Billabong and the CineVegas Film Festival.

B/W/R has also promoted two longtime execs, Dvora Vener Englefield and Leslie Sloane Zelnik, and expanded its film department with the hiring of former MPRM exec Chris Libby.

Zelnik, a 10-year veteran based in B/W/R’s New York office, has been promoted from senior VP talent to managing director, talent. Her clients include Ashton Kutcher, Chris Rock, Lindsay Lohan, Lauren Graham, Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears.

Englefield, promoted from account director to VP music, recently spearheaded the Rock the Vote campaign and is working on Clive Davis’ 2005 Grammy party, the reunion and tour for Motley Crue and “American Idol.”

Libby joins B/W/R as VP film and entertainment. He most recently served as director of the film practice at MPRM Public Relations.
