CBS rolled to another Monday ratings victory as “CSI: Miami” and “Two and a Half Men” soared to some of their best scores ever, according to preliminary nationals from Nielsen.

Leading the way for the Eye net was powerhouse third-year drama “CSI: Miami” (8.3/20 in adults 18-49, 22.2 million viewers overall), which delivered its best demo results of the season and was easily Monday’s No. 1 program. Also, the 200th episode of “Everybody Loves Raymond” performed well at 9 (6.1/14 in adults 18-49, 18 million viewers overall), and lead-out “Two and a Half Men” (6.5/15 in adults 18-49, 17.8 million viewers overall) matched its best demo deliveries to date.

NBC was on the low side of its Monday range, paced by “Fear Factor” (4.3/11 in adults 18-49, 10.8 million viewers overall) and “Las Vegas” (4.3/10 in adults 18-49, 11.8 million viewers overall). At 10, week two of “The $25 Million Hoax” (2.7/7 in adults 18-49, 6 million viewers overall) performed weakly.

Reliable prelim nationals weren’t available for ABC’s “Monday Night Football” contest between the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys, but the game generated a 12.7/20 in Nielsen’s metered-market overnight household ratings. Net should finish a strong second on the night.

At Fox, “Trading Spouses” was down a bit (3.2/8 in adults 18-49, 7.5 million viewers overall) but “The Swan” saw an uptick (3.4/8 in adults 18-49, 7.3 million viewers overall).

Preliminary 18-49 averages for the night: CBS, 6.0/15; ABC, 5.5/13 (subject to revision due to football); NBC, 3.8/9; Fox, 3.3/8; WB, 2.0/5; UPN, 1.6/4.

In total viewers: CBS, 17.1 million; ABC, 13.6 million; NBC, 9.6 million; Fox, 7.4 million; WB, 5.6 million; UPN, 3.6 million.
