HOLLYWOOD The clock was ticking and the ahi was rare as Kiefer Sutherland and cast members from several seasons of “24” gathered recently at Hollywood sushi spot Geisha House.
Bash, timed to mark the release of the “24” season-three DVD as well as next month’s launch of season four, brought back a number of thesps whose characters have perished on the skein — including Penny Johnson Jerald and Leslie Hope. Newcomers such as William Devane and Lana Parrilla — along with “24” exec producers Joel Surnow, Robert Cochran and Howard Gordon — also put in an appearance as ultra-attentive Geisha House servers kept the sushi and tempura coming.
Exec parade was led by Fox Entertainment prexy Gail Berman and homevid topper Mike Dunn.
The next day, Fox homevid threw a bash for “DodgeBall” at the Palladium, which featured a rousing game of the sport known to schoolchildren everywhere. Fete benefited the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS foundation.
