Matt Williams

Thesp: Paradigm provides answer

HOLLYWOOD — “Home Improvement” hyphenate Matt Williams has parted ways with CAA and is now housed at Paradigm.

Gotham-based Williams, who scored two of the biggest TV comedy hits of the late 1980s and ’90s with “Roseanne” and “Home Improvement,” is now focusing on developing features and one-hour TV dramas. In addition to repping Williams in all areas, Paradigm will also work with him to secure strategic film financing for projects.

On the feature side, Williams wrote and directed the 2000 pic “Where the Heart Is” and was a producer of the Mel Gibson starrer “What Women Want.”
