Preteen fans yelped at the sight of diminutive fashionistas Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen at Saturday’s “New York Minute” premiere at the Chinese Theater. “I want to marry them both,” proclaimed a swaggering 13-year-old boy, as mini-skirted tweens jostled to glimpse their idols.

A parking lot reception featured New York-style street vendors in weather that replicated a Gotham heat wave.

Warners execs on hand — who included Alan Horn, Dan Fellman and Dawn Taubin and Jeff Robinov — pointed to the hot market for girl pics while talking up their “Minute.”

Also hoping the heat in the parking lot translated to the box office were pic’s helmer Dennie Gordon and producers Robert Thorne, Denise Di Novi and Alison Greenspan.

The twins were mum on upcoming projects — “Right now, we’re concentrating on school,” said the Olsens, both heading to NYU in the fall.

Pic’s Jack Osbourne and Riley Smith joined Jon Voight and “Full House” vets Bob Saget and Jodie Sweetin at the bow.
