Cattrall inspires Jean's impromptu lyrics at 'Agronomist' post-preem party

Wyclef Jean stretched the boundaries of poetic license, rhyming Haiti with “Sex and the City” Tuesday while freestyle rapping at a post-premiere party for Jonathan Demme‘s docu feature “The Agronomist,” a portrait of late Haitian radio personality and democracy advocate Jean Dominique.

The impromptu lyrics were inspired by the dance floor moves of “Sex” star Kim Cattrall, one of the Gothamites on hand at the Maritime Hotel Ballroom for the benefit for the National Coalition for Haitian Rights and Radio Haiti.

Guests at the event included Dominique’s widow, Michele Montas, Meryl Streep, Harry Belafonte, Liev Schreiber, Ed Bradley and Katharine Dunham.
