Agent joins management at Industry

Fraser flips for gig as topper

Tenpercenter Diane Fraser is switching sides, signing up to be a manager and partner at Industry Entertainment.

Fraser, who most recently served as VP in the TV lit and series packaging department of ICM, had a hand in putting together ABC’s frosh laffer “Rodney” and UPN drama “Kevin Hill.” She had been at ICM for eight years and previously was a founding partner at Major Clients Agency.

Fraser said she decided to move to Industry in part because she wanted the ability to produce projects.

The recent restructuring at Industry — in which everyone became a part-owner — was also a “major incentive.””That was of great interest to me, to be an owner,” she said. “Plus, I knew everyone here, and even shared clients with them.”

Industry partner Rosalie Swedlin, who worked with Fraser while Fraser was at ICM, said the company jumped when it heard she “was considering a life change.”

Fraser had been mulling starting a management/production boutique of her own when Industry came calling. With her contract ending at ICM, she decided to make the jump.

Fraser said ICM was gracious about her transition. ICM co-prexy Nancy Josephson and TV head Bob Levinson issued a joint statement noting Fraser’s contributions were “deeply appreciated.”

Fraser’s client list includes Adam Belanoff, Saladin Patterson, Charles Murray, Stacey Littlejohn, Joel Cohen and Dana Coen.
