PGA picks pair to host

Noms will be unveiled Jan. 5 at Culver Studios

The Producers Guild of America has tapped Golden Globe nominees Julian McMahon (“Nip/Tuck,” “Fantastic Four”) and Virginia Madsen to announce the competitive category nominees in television and feature film for the 2005 PGA Awards.

Noms will be unveiled Jan. 5 at Culver Studios. Nominations for producer of the year will be made in theatrical motion picture, episodic drama, comedy, longform, variety and nonfiction categories.

The 16th annual PGA kudos event will also take place at Culver Studios as the org has decided to honor a union boycott of the Century Plaza Hotel, which had been previously set as the site of the ceremony.
