Dudley-Smith, Wolf, Miele promoted

Warner Bros. Intl. Television prexy Jeffrey Schlesinger announced a raft of exec promotions last week.

Ronald Miele has been upped to exec VP of business affairs, operations and general counsel; Malcolm Dudley-Smith becomes exec VP of sales and business development; and Renee Wolf has been promoted to senior VP of business affairs and deputy general counsel.

Miele will continue to oversee business and legal matters and assumes greater involvement in the overall business of the division as well as planning and strategic operations.

Dudley-Smith will continue to oversee WBIT’s sales activities in Latin America, Asia and Canada, including deals with pay, cable and terrestrial TV outlets. He is also responsible for identifying equity investments and strategic alliances.

Wolf, now WBIT’s VP of business affairs and deputy general counsel, will assume day-to-day responsibility of all legal and business affairs operations of the division.

“Ron, Malcolm and Renee are longstanding, valued members of our team,” Schlesinger said. “These promotions reflect the hard work, dedication, results and vision that they have brought to our operations.”

Wolf reports to Miele, while Miele and Dudley-Smith report to Schlesinger.
