Ex-Fox exec Sikes takes Diverse role

Former veep to oversee packaging, development of unscripted projects from DTG clients

Former Fox Broadcasting development exec Jason Sikes has joined Diverse Talent Group, where he’ll serve as head of the tenpercentery’s newly created reality TV division.

Sikes will oversee the packaging and development of unscripted projects from DTG clients, while also working to attract new talent to the agency. He’ll report to DTG prexy and CEO Christopher Nassif.

“The addition of Jason Sikes to our team is a natural fit and allows us to bring in an expert in this space,” Nassif said. “We needed to find someone whose taste and background will guide us to success in this arena.”

Sikes comes to DTG with a background in the production and development of various reality projects, having consulted and produced programming for Twentieth Television, Buena Vista TV and FX. He previously worked as veep of development for both GRB Prods. and Playboy Entertainment Group and as a director of development for Fox’s alternative/latenight division.

“I have wanted to make the transition from the production side of the business into a company that will allow me to be involved in multiple projects simultaneously,” Sikes said.

DTG’s nonfiction clients include documentary producer Craig Leake (“The Greatest Generation”), former “Studs” host-turned-producer Mark DeCarlo and producer Linda Canon.
