“The Job’s” Lenny Clarke has been hired as the lead in ABC’s untitled Flett-Giordano/Ranberg project.

Clarke will star as a straight-laced dad in the comedy pilot, which comes from Paramount Network Television and Touchstone TV. Anne Flett-Giordano, Chuck Ranberg, Craig Zadan and Neil Meron exec produce.

Clarke most recently collaborated with “Job” co-star Denis Leary on Comedy Central’s “Contest Searchlight” a parody of HBO’s “Project Greenlight.” Clarke exec produced and appeared in the short-order series.

Thesp’s other credits include the features “Moonlight Mile,” “There’s Something About Mary” and “Me, Myself and Irene.” On TV, he appeared in “The John Larroquette Show” and “Lenny.”

Meanwhile, Camille Guaty (“What I Like About You”) has joined the cast of the WB laffer pilot “The Help,” from Warner Bros. TV and Original. Thesp replaces Alexandra Barreto, who departed the project.

Guaty’s credits also include the Disney Channel telepic “Gotta Kick It Up.”

And Yvonne DeLaRosa has been added to the cast of Fox’s comedy pilot “Senor White.”

DeLaRosa will play the shop manager who runs the lead character’s (played by Ron White) pottery business. “Senor White” comes from 20th Century Fox TV and Regency TV.
