‘Noi’ nabs jury prize in Rouen

Icelandic helmer Dagur Kari’s “Noi the Albino,” which won Nordic feature at Sweden’s Göteborg Film Festival, added the jury prize at the Nordic Film Festival in Rouen, France, to its string of awards Saturday (March 22).

Danish thesp Mads Mikkelsen and Russia’s Oksana Akinshina left with the acting honors for Susanne Bier’s “Open Hearts” and Lukas Moodysson’s “Lilya 4-ever” respectively.

“Open Hearts” also took the Critics’ Prize, and “Lilya 4-ever” the Young European Audience Award.
