The National Assn. of Television Program Executives’ Educational Foundation has announced the winners of its annual 2003 Student Video and Film Production Awards. Katy Boggio of Cal State L.A. picked up first prize for “CSULA Promo” while a tie for second place went to Scott Vosbury of Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Fine Arts and Ben McNeill of Bond University in Queensland, Australia.
