Julianne Nicholson is set to star opposite Brittany Murphy and Holly Hunter in Revolution Studios’ romantic comedy “Little Black Book.”
Pic revolves around an associate producer for a daytime talkshow who opens a Pandora’s Box when she accesses her boyfriend’s Palm Pilot to learn more about his ex-girlfriends.
Nicholson plays one of the exes.
Nick Hurran’s helming the pic, which begins lensing in August, from a script by Melissa Carter and Elisa Bell.
Revolution partner Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and Red Om’s Deborah Schindler are producing with William Sherak and Jason Shuman of Blue Star Pictures, as well as Rachael Horovitz at the studio. Herb Gains serves as executive producer.
Pic will bow sometime next spring.
Nicholson, repped by CAA and Benderspink, is currently shooting the TV pilot “Marriage” for HBO. A TV regular on “Ally McBeal” and “Presidio Med,” Nicholson most recently starred in the indie film “Seeing Other People,” produced by Pariah Prods.’ Gavin Polone.
