Winchester Films has pacted with Stratus Film Co. to co-finance the romantic comedy “Forever and a Day.”
Written by Robert Zappia from his original pitch, “Day” concerns a couple who learn to appreciate their lives together when they have a chance to live out their greatest fantasy.
Winchester first became involved with the pic through the now-dissolved Wind Dancer Films, which bought the pitch two years ago with a Winchester-backed discretionary fund.
Producing “Forever and a Day” are Mark Johnson and Stratus principal Bob Yari with Winchester Films CEO Hadeel Reda.
Exec producers are expected to be Melissa Goddard and Mark Gill with former Wind Dancer principal Matt Williams.
