Film offices funded

World Brief

The Cape Film Commission has been awarded National Lottery funds of $40,000 for a project to develop film offices in outlying areas away from major towns.

CFC chief exec Martin Cuff said these offices would help disadvantaged communities become more involved in filming activities, extending the economic benefits of production activity.

These offices would also ensure that companies shooting away from cities would get the service they needed.
