World Brief

Bavarian film funding body FFF Bayern has lined up more than $8 million to back 20 projects including Constantin’s “The Downfall — Hitler and the End of the Third Reich.”

The $15 million project received $2.4 million, plus $600,000 from Bavarian bank funds BBF. Shooting starts in St. Petersburg and Munich in August.
