U.K. court mulls Douglas damages

Celeb couple seeking $4 million for privacy breach

LONDON — The British court hearing to set damages in the case pitting Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas against Hello! Magazine will be held July 16.

A court ruled in April that the mag’s publication of six unauthorized photos from the star couple’s wedding breached their privacy. The Douglases inked a $1.6 million deal with rival mag OK! for exclusive coverage and are demanding $4 million in damages.

The damages hearing is expected to last up to seven days.
