HOLLYWOOD — Director-producer Arthur Forney has sealed an exclusive two-year deal with Wolf Films.
Forney will continue as co-exec producer on Wolf Films’ current series for Universal’s network TV unit: “Law & Order,” “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” and docudrama “Crime & Punishment.”
“Arthur is a truly gifted director and producer whose ability to understand all aspects of the production process makes him one of the truly indispensable members of the Wolf Films production team,” said Dick Wolf, Wolf Films principal.
In addition to producing, Forney will continue to direct episodes for all “Law & Order” skeins.
“Arthur is not only a phenomenal producer-director, he also has assembled what we consider to be the most talented post-production team in the business,” said Peter Jankowski, prexy of Wolf Films.
Forney has worked on a number of Wolf projects through the years, serving in various capacities on series such as “New York Undercover,” “Players,” “D.C.,” “Feds,” “Deadline” and “Law & Order.”
