DIC Entertainment has promoted Pat Ryan and Leslie Nelson to co-managing directors of worldwide sales and tapped other execs to join the department.
In their new positions, Ryan and Nelson will oversee all international revenue streams for the org, including sales for TV, home entertainment and merchandising. The pair will also be in charge of all the international marketing, advertising and promotional teams. Ryan will remain based at DIC’s Burbank headquarters; Nelson will work from the org’s new European operations office in Paris. Both women will report to DIC prexy Brad Brooks, and chairman-CEO Andy Heyward.
Other shuffles include the addition of Clive Jordan as VP of international home entertainment and new European sales exec Nadia Chevallard.
Jordan joins the org from Pearson Television Intl.’s home entertainment division, which he headed. He will report to Ryan and Nelson. Chevallard was most recently with BKN Intl., where she worked with Nelson. She will also be based in Paris.
Changes are part of kidvidder’s expansion initiative, following Heyward’s reacquisition of the company from Disney nearly two years ago.
