Road grosses slipped Week 8 (July 15-21), dropping 6.5% from the week before. Traveling Tony Curtis starrer “Some Like It Hot” reported $562,776 in its first week in Dallas. “The Phantom of the Opera” in Portland, Ore., continued its streak, again breaking the million-dollar mark with $1,194,619 for the week. Show has one more week in Oregon before moving to Costa Mesa, Calif.
