Longtime Alliance Atlantis TV execs Janine Coughlin and Noreen Halpern have both been elevated to senior vice president of TV series production.

Meanwhile, across town at ABC, Heather Kadin has moved over to the drama department as vice president.

Coughlin and Halpern help oversee production on the hit drama “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation,” which Alliance Atlantis co-produces with CBS Prods. The duo report to John Morayniss, exec veepee of Alliance Atlantis TV Production.

Both execs were most recently VP of series. Coughlin joined the company’s Los Angeles office in 1994 as director of literary development, while Halpern started that same year as director of development at the company’s Toronto headquarters.

Over at the Alphabet web, Kadin moves to the drama department from ABC Entertainment’s motion pictures for television and miniseries department, where she had served as VP.

Kadin will report to Thom Sherman, who heads the network’s drama department.

Kadin’s credits also include a stint overseeing feature development at Tom Shadyac’s Shady Acres Entertainment. She’s also spent time at Universal Pictures and Lynda Obst Prods.
