The Leisure Time Bowling Lanes at the Port Authority was the scene of Second Stage’s all-star bowling classic on Monday night.
Teams led by Rob Morrow, Henry Winkler and Amy Irving took first, second and third places, respectively. Those captained by Julianna Margulies, Gary Sinise, Mark Linn-Baker and John Ritter placed somewhat lower.
“We didn’t rank them after a certain point,” explained a Second Stage source, attempting to protect wounded egos.
The theater company’s annual event produced many sought-after honors, including the Tom Cruise/Nicole Kidman Award for the Most Dramatic Split, the Sean “Puffy” Combs Award for Most Time Spent in the Gutter, and the Jennifer Lopez Award for Bowler With the Most Strikes.
With tears streaming down her bowling bow, Marsha Mason received the Irving Thalberg Award for Lifetime Bowling Achievement.
