David Campbell, co-founder of Ginger Media Group, has become a senior adviser to dance music company Ministry of Sound.
Move is tied to venture capital group 3i’s taking a 20% stake in Ministry for £24 million ($34 million).
Campbell has considerable deal-making experience, and his presence likely signals an expansion of the Ministry’s international business.
The company began life as a London dance club in 1991 and now has its own record label, clothing and publishing interests.
