Indian entertainment company Zee Telefilms has pacted with its old vice chairman Vijay Jindal on a new content company Karma Networks.
Jindal has an 80% stake in Karma, with Subhash Chandra’s Zee taking 20%. The company will have an initial investment of $2 million.Karma will have two arms; the Karma Films division will acquire film content, and Karma News Network will handle news and features.
