Boston takes a ‘Drive’

Swinton, Diaz get acting nods

BOSTON — The Boston Society of Film Critics has chosen “Mulholland Drive” for best picture and David Lynch for best director.

“L.I.E.” star Brian Cox won best actor in a tie with “Training Day’s” Denzel Washington, and Ben Kingsley took home supporting actor nod for “Sexy Beast.”

Tilda Swinton was best actress winner for “The Deep End,” while Cameron Diaz’s won the supporting award for “Vanilla Sky.”
