Be Here Corp., which develops a technology that enables the recording, editing and streaming of live 360-degree video through a single camera, has secured an additional $6 million in financing, bringing its total funding to $23 million since the venture’s formation in 1996.

Snider Capital led the round that also included additional commitments from previous investors Eastman Kodak, Intel Capital, Philips Electronics, Enterprise Partners, Totem Investment Partners and Wasserstein Adelson Ventures.

The Los Angeles-based company, headed by prexy and CEO Andrew Thau, will use the funds to boost sales, marketing, product development and other expansion efforts.

In April, Be Here inked a one-year deal with “Entertainment Tonight,” under which the show will use the technology as part of its awards show coverage. The NFL, NBA, NHL, ESPN, Fox and E! Entertainment also use Be Here’s technology to enhance their Web site coverage of events like the Super Bowl, All-Star Games, X games and concerts.
