HOLLYWOOD — New York-based law firm Salans Hertzfeld Heilbronn Christy & Viener has added three intellectual-property attorneys whose past clients have included notable sports and entertainment celebs and companies.
Attorneys Jeffrey Laytin, Mitchell Stein and Richard Verner join Salans from Pryor Cashman Sherman & Flynn in New York. They will work in Salans’ Gotham office.
The trio’s past clients have included the rock group Pearl Jam; pop singers the Spice Girls; Time Warner Entertainment, a unit of the New York conglom; and golfers Tiger Woods, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus.
“In addition to their sports and entertainment expertise, Jeff, Michael and Richard bring a depth of experience working with prestigious institutions,” said John Cambria, managing partner of Salans’ New York office. Those institutions include UCLA and USC in Los Angeles, he said.
