NEW YORK — CBS will continue flying American.
The Eye web will extend its in-flight entertainment relationship with American Airlines through a series of special events tied to CBS programming.
Through the exclusive “CBS Eye on American” video magazine, the airlines’ passengers will have the opportunity to view an exclusive CBS “Fall Premiere” special, beginning today.
Christine Baranski and Jim Gaffigan, stars of the new CBS comedy “Welcome to New York,” will host the November edition of “CBS Eye on American,” with “Family Law’s” Tony Danza and Craig T. Nelson, star of “The District,” hosting in September and October, respectively.
“Survivor” castaways will be featured in special segments of the broadcast during January.
American Airlines will be featured during the season premiere of CBS’ “Everybody Loves Raymond” when the Barone family visits Rome, Italy, via American Airlines.
CBS has been the exclusive in-flight video provider to American Airlines since May 1998. “CBS Eye on American” is seen by some 2.5 million passengers each month, according to the network.
