The firm will represent her in all areas except publishing. Her publishing agent is Gillon Aitken at U.K.-based Aitken & Stone. CAA will share representation for her in the U.K. with Peters, Fraser & Dunlop.

Monica Keena (“Dawson’s Creek”) has signed with Stephanie Simon and Jason Weinberg of Untitled Management. She co-stars with Ellen Barkin in MGM’s upcoming feature “Crime and Punishment in Suburbia,” and just wrapped Jersey’s pilot “Celebrity” for Fox. Keena is repped by Innovative.

The Gersh Agency has signed director Deran Serafian (“Terminal Velocity”). Serafian, whose other helming credits include episodic work on “Nash Bridges” and “Martial Law,” as well as the 1999 NBC telepic “Road Rage,” also writes and produces (“Alien Predator”).
