Also bound for “Hell” is Tim Kelleher (“The Negotiator”), who’s set to play Meat Loaf’s manager. Kelleher will next be seen with Kevin Costner in helmer Roger Donaldson’s Cuban Missile Crisis drama “Thirteen Days.” He’s repped by Lisa DiSante at GVA Talent Agency and manager Jamie M.
