Margaret Pritchard Boone, the mother of entertainer Pat Boone, died March 20 of natural causes in Nashville, Tenn. She was 90.

Boone was a registered nurse who helped run the family contracting business for many years.

In addition to Pat, she is survived by three other children, 12 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
