Manager Judi Brown has been named a partner at Power Entertainment.
Brown will work with partners David Goldman and Robert Hartmann, who made the announcement.
Among Brown’s roster of writers and performers are comedians Steve Marmel and Bob Zany. She also represents Debi Gutierrez, who landed a sitcom deal with Castle Rock through Power.
Besides handling comedians, performers and comedy writers, Brown’s experience includes serving as talent producer at the U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colo. Brown has also produced for Internet firms such as Audible.com, Comedyworld.com and 2MN.com.
Brown began her career as a booking agent for a comedy club in Colorado.
“With the experience and knowledge Judi has in the field of comedy, we know she will make an excellent addition,” Goldman said.
