Dom DeLuise will join the husband and wife acting team of Casper Van Dien and Catherine Oxenberg in the Rollyn Entertainment feature “Always Greener.” DeLuise, who’s currently shooting the indie “Brainiacs,” is repped by the Artists Group.

Marisa Coughlan, who recently co-starred in the Warner Bros. thriller “Gossip,” is in final talks for the female lead in Jersey Films’ highway patrol comedy “Super Troopers.” Coughlan, a series regular on ABC’s short-lived “WasteLAnd,” is repped by ICM.

Sisters Alexa and Makenzie Vega are keeping busy. Alexa, a series regular on CBS’ “Ladies Man,” will join Antonio Banderas and Alan Cumming in Miramax’s “Spy Kids” for helmer Robert Rodriguez. Makenzie, a regular on this fall’s ABC/Touchstone Geena Davis series “Geena,” is set for writer-helmer-star Jon Favreau’s “Made” with Vince Vaughn.

The young sibs are repped by SDB Partners and managed by Gina Rue.

Diane Baker will reprise her Sen. Ruth Martin role from 1991’s “The Silence of the Lambs” in the sequel “Hannibal,” now lensing with Anthony Hopkins and Julianne Moore for helmer Ridley Scott. Baker, who’ll next be seen with Andie MacDowell in the indie “Harrison’s Flowers,” is repped by APA.

Alice Hirson (“Ellen”) has been added to the cast of Sony’s “The Glass House,” with Leelee Sobieski and Laura Dern. Hirson, who joins Anne Bancroft and Kirk Douglas in Norman Lear’s upcoming animated pilot “Till the Fat Lady Sings,” is repped by Halpern & Associates.
