Dash Mihok (“The Thin Red Line”) has been tapped for “Untitled Nancy P. Project.” The Fox pilot, penned by Nancy Pimental, will be produced in association with NBC Studios. Mihok joins George Clooney in helmer Wolfgang Petersen’s feature “The Perfect Storm.” He’s repped by Endeavor and Handprint Entertainment.

Alex Meneses (“Selena”) and Nicholas Gonzales (Lifetime’s “Little Assassin”) will join Edward James Olmos and Ruben Blades in the indie feature “Sirena the Little Mermaid.” Meneses has also been tapped for the ABC pilot “Wilder Days” and will soon be seen in Universal’s “The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas.” Gonzales’ Showtime series “Resurrection Boulevard” has been picked up for 22 episodes.

Santiago Douglas, one of the male leads in the Sundance 2000 best pic winner “Girlfight,” will join Angela Lansbury in the CBS telepic “Murder, She Wrote: A Story to Die For.” “Girlfight” is slated for an Aug. 11 release through Sony’s Screen Gems arm. Douglas is repped by Abrams Artists and Eileen DeNobile of Noble Talent.
