Producer Wendy Finerman (“Forrest Gump,” “Stepmom”) has hired David Stefanou as vice president of development and Tiffany Ericksen as creative executive of her Fox 2000-based production shingle.
Stefanou, who’ll work out of Finerman’s New York office, was a literary scout in the film and TV department at Franklin and Siegal Associates for clients such as Industry Entertainment, De Line Pictures and CBS. He also worked for producers Lawrence Gordon and Leslie Urdang, and for New York Stage and Film.
Ericksen worked at the William Morris Agency for agent Joni Evans and worldwide head of operations Owen Laster. She previously worked for ABC News during the 1996 presidential election.
“I believe that David brings the experience that will allow us to find the best projects to develop into films,” said Finerman. “Tiffany’s exposure to the literary world will truly be an asset to our company.”
