Next Picture, iPix pact on locations

Netco to feature interactive 360-degree photo technology to scout sites

Web studio Next Picture has partnered with iPix to create an interactive online location scouting service.

The site (nextpicture.com), which bowed Wednesday, uses iPix’s 360-degree photo technology, which enables users to determine the angle from which they want to view on-screen images by moving a mouse.

Next Picture will provide 360-degree photographs of potential shooting locations in New York City, Los Angeles, Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. Viewers can study locations, zooming in and out as well as printing sections of specific spots. Next Picture will purchase $1.26 million of iPix products. IPix is repped by Creative Artists Agency.
