Neurotrash, Urban Myth pact

Netcaster Neurotrash.com has inked a co-financing production pact with commercial production house Urban Myth Media for original Web content with an eye toward offline distribution.

As part of the deal, the companies will co-finance Internet projects for Urban Myth to produce out of its recently completed facilities in New York and Los Angeles.

Content, including commercial parodies and Web series, will be cross-promoted and will run on Neurotrash’s original programming channel and Urban Myth’s portfolio site, which is in final development.

Urban Myth has ties to ad agencies McCann-Erickson, Young & Rubicam and Grey Advertising and has created ad spots for Time Warner, Reebok and Budweiser. Neurotrash has content deals with Universal-based management and prodco Berg-Saccani, Mondo Media, Honkworm, Fandom.com, National Lampoon Dotcom, and Australia-based extreme sports producer Gravity Films.
