IVT moves into DEN quarters

Cyberbiz Brief

Now that Netcaster Digital Entertainment Network is gone and its equipment auctioned off, what’s happening with its former offices? Interactive Video Technologies, which creates video technology to deliver entertainment and commerce over the Web, has agreed to lease the 6,100-square-foot, state-of-the-art production center formerly operated by DEN in Marina del Rey. The facility (one of three that DEN leased) will be turned into an interactive video product development and research center to test emerging technologies in the field of digital video production. It will also be home to regular weekly or daily Webcasts for clients’ Web sites. IVT, which recently merged with Softcom, has completed projects for HBO, E! Online, Showtime and Toyota. Investors include Intel Capital and Paul Allen’s Vulcan Ventures.
