iFuse.com ups Gerard to veep

Will o'see netcaster's content and consumer strategy

Netcaster iFuse.com has upped marketing veep Stefan Gerard to the newly created post of content and consumer strategy veep. Gerard will oversee original lifestyle content for on- and off-line mediums, including the Internet, wireless devices, TV, print and retail kiosks. He will also be responsible for branding, marketing and research efforts. Before joining iFuse, Gerard was a brand planning director at Young & Rubicam Advertising, where he worked on youth-oriented projects for Sony and Sears. iFuse already offers streaming audio, video and text-based content covering entertainment, music, extreme sports and fashion for Gen Y auds.
