Fine Line Features has tapped vet Elliot Schulman senior veep of creative services.
Based in Los Angeles, Schulman will oversee the print and audiovisual campaigns for all Fine Line titles. He will report to exec veep of marketing Marian Koltai-Levine.
Prior to joining Fine Line, Schulman was a veep at Terry Hines and Associates, working on campaigns for such films as “The Rock,” “Con Air,” “Armageddon,” “Enemy of the State,” “The Insider” and “Three to Tango.” He also worked on the international campaign for “Titanic.”
Schulman also served as executive creative director at 20th Century Fox, working on campaigns for “True Lies,” “Die Hard: With a Vengeance” and “Strange Days.”
Schulman previously worked for Doyle Dane Bernbach Entertainment and Foot Cone Belding Entertainment, where he assisted on all Orion Pictures feature releases. He also served as the design director for the Film Society of Lincoln Center’s inhouse publication, Film Comment, and handled marketing for the New York Film Festival and New Directors/New Films.
The company’s fall release slate includes Lars von Trier’s Cannes Palme d’Or winner “Dancer in the Dark.”
