Dave Hedrick has been promoted to the newly created post of VP of promotions and branded foods at Warner Bros. Consumer Products. He joined the Warners group in 1995 in retail business development.
“His knowledge of Warner Bros., his sales skills and his understanding of retail promotions make him an excellent addition,” said Rob Gruen, exec VP worldwide marketing and retail development, Warner Bros. Consumer Products.
Hedrick helped build relationships between the studio and Wal-Mart, Kmart and Toys R Us. Prior to joining the division, he worked in Warner Bros. domestic television distribution as a TV sales account executive.
Hedrick graduated from UCLA with a bachelor of arts in theater, film and television. He received his masters in communication management from USC’s Annenberg School for Communications.
