Fox Family Channel and Fox Kids Network have upped Brian Casentini to veep of current programming and have tapped Jonathan Rosenthal veep of development.
Both will report to Joel Andryc, FFC/FKN executive VP of kids programming and development.
Casentini previously held the post of director of programming and development for Fox Family Channel, where he oversaw development for “Angel Anaconda” and “The Kids From Room 402,” among others.
“Brian’s promotion is a reflection of his dedication, creativity and talent for developing innovative, quality programs,” said Andryc.
“By restructuring the programming and development department to encompass both the Fox Kids and Fox Family dayparts, the distinct brands will continue to flourish with these two dynamic individuals and our already successful team.”
Rosenthal, who was previously an episodic writer for “Angela Anaconda” and the ABC series “Recess,” will oversee the daily management and administration of all development.
Casentini joined Fox in 1998 as manager of development and programming.
