CANNES — Universal Pictures Intl., formerly Polygram Film Intl., has reshuffled its executive team, with David Kosse named chairman of Universal Pictures U.K. and David Livingstone becoming UPI’s president of marketing.

Kosse, who will oversee all theatrical and video distribution in the U.K., previously was senior VP of international marketing for PFI, based in London.

Before that he was Polygram Video’s director of rental marketing in New York.

Livingstone will return to the U.K. from the U.S., where he served a two-year stint as senior VP at Polygram Films. He was Kosse’s predecessor as PFI’s marketing VP.

In his new post, he will oversee all marketing, publicity and servicing activities for UPI’s worldwide distribution network, working in parallel with Nadia Bronson, president of international marketing for Universal Pictures in Los Angeles.

Bronson will continue to oversee the distribution of U’s films through United Intl. Pictures.

Both Kosse and Livingstone will report to UPI president Stewart Till.
