Terry Reagan has been upped to veepee and controller at Universal Studios.
Reagan will oversee all of Universal’s finance activities by supervising the company’s planning, reporting and accounting departments.
“Terry has a long history with Universal and has built strong working relationships within the company,” said exec VP of finance and operations Brian Mulligan. “His experience and depth of understanding across all of our businesses make him a tremendous asset.”
A 16-year Universal vet, Reagan has held various management stints within the studio, most recently as veep and chief financial officer of the company’s information technology group. Reagan also served as vice president of the re-engineering implementation and corporate internal audit divisions.
His career accomplishments include building technology relationships between Universal Music Group and Polygram, and establishing company-wide financial controls over such new ventures.
Prior to joining the studio in 1983, Reagan worked for Ernst & Young, managing audits of large firms, including Columbia Pictures and DeLaurentiis Prods., TRW and Bekins.
