Schwall moves from president of the company’s international operations to president of the San Diego division.
King to Texas
King shifts from president of the Albany, N.Y., division to president of the South Texas group of systems, including El Paso and Laredo.
Knighton, formerly president of the Minneapolis division, becomes president of the division in Columbia, S.C.
Barlow gets promoted from general manager of the St. Petersburg, Fla., system within Tampa Bay to president of the newly created Palm Springs/Palm Desert, Calif., operation.
Time Warner Cable, which is part of TW Entertainment, is the biggest MSO (multisystem cable operator) in the U.S., serving 13 million customers, 80% of whom are in systems that average more than 100,000 subscribers.
